To report a loss

The first step in reporting a loss is simply to call our toll-free number at 888-521-6568. Our trained personnel will guide you through the process (which may vary depending upon the nature of the loss), and explain exactly what you need to do.

To file a claim

Please call 888-521-6568 and select option 3 for the Claims Department. One of our claims professionals will discuss the loss information with you and assist you in completing any necessary claims forms. If the loss is due to a fire or theft, you will need to submit a copy of the report from the fire or police department, in addition to completing an Affidavit of Claim.
