In the last few weeks and more urgently in recent days, the emergence of the coronavirus disease COVID-19 has moved us to initiate plans to keep our staff and community safe while ensuring continuity of business for our customers and American Lease Insurance (ALI). We are following guidance provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

Implementing social distancing recommendations, ALI is moving to remote data processing and customer service functions. We will continue to staff our office in Sunderland, Massachusetts as needed to continue operations seamlessly while minimizing risk to employees.

These are difficult, uncertain times for all of us. ALI is committed to continuing to provide exceptional customer service while doing our part to mitigate the spread of contagion to our staff and associates, our customers and the greater community.
